Brent and Harrow Green Party - Press Release - 18 November 1999 Green Party selects prospective Brent and Harrow candidate for the London Assembly Brent and Harrow Green Party have nominated Simone Aspis as their candidate for the Brent and Harrow constituency in the GLA elections. Simone works as a disability trainer and consultant and has already been selected as a candidate for the Assembly 'top up list'. Ms Aspis said at the hustings: "I will make sure that the issues of transport, the environment and health are at the top of the agenda". Simone's other interests include education and social issues and she would welcome the opportunity to speak to local organisations or to appear on candidate panels. |
